A pair of womenswear gloves, in cream leather; above wrist length (button length 2¾), with piped vent, two covered buttons and loops on back at wrist, outseams throughout, three stitched points, French thumb, quirks and fourchettes.
The gloves were worn at the donor, Phyllis Radnor's wedding to John William Penney (known as Jack) on 28 August 1937, by her future mother-in-law Sarah Flora Penney.
