Womenswear gloves

A pair of black kid suede women’s gloves c 1955. Rabbit fur cuffs with a felted grey wool lining. Sewn in ‘full pique’ method. 2 fair-seam points either side of a sewn line of leather crosses. Appliqued black leather triangle design on cuff. Made in England for Philips, label inside each glove. Possibly a salesman sample as there is are 2 colour swatches attached to each cuff. Length – 30cm.
