A pair of menswear round tabbed gauntlet gloves, in white leather with applied panels of ivory silk embroidered in a design of flowers, trees and fantastical sea monsters, in a design inspired by the biblical story of Jonah and the Whale, worked in coloured silk and gold metal threads, edged with metal thread bobbin lace.
