Description

King Edward VII’s Coronation glove, duplicate of the original worn during the Coronation ceremony at Westminster Abbey on 9 August 1902; single menswear glove in white kid leather, with embroidered badge bearing coat of arms and velvet crown worked in red, white and blue silks and gold metal threads, gauntlet design of acanthus leaves, vines and stylised lilies worked in gold metal threads.
